Gallup has an assessment called BP10. Originally designed for Entrepreneurs building businesses, it is now applied across all of an organizations leaders. There are not many of us trained to this system as it is relatively new. This analysis compares your personal assessment to those who have built the most powerful and profitable businesses existing. You may request a comparison analysis of your skills to those used to build the assessment if desired. This assessment shows you your leadership talents from a builder perspective. But, we don't just build businesses. We also build systems within those businesses and this is the reason for expanding the assessments reach.

I create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario I can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues. My mind works like a detective able to see the bigger picture better than most. Gallup says that I may be viewed by some as innovative and original in my thinking. My ability to generate options causes others to see there is more than one way to attain an objective. My brain is uniquely designed to see trends and reconfigure factual information allowing me to raise issues, identify opportunities and offer solutions. I can make sense out of seemingly unrelated information.

LEARNER
I have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. It's the process that I love and what excites me. So, if I am your coach then you can be sure that if we happen upon a road block I'll be researching it for you. I intently listen to others because I am eager to learn about them. It also leads me to ask really good questions. I'm the one in college who enrolled in the more demanding classes or went the extra mile just to learn. Yeah, I didn't have to take calculus based physics but I did it anyway to learn.
INCLUDER
I accept others for who they are and have a deep awareness for when someone is left out. I make an effort to include them. I accept people without judgement!
CONNECTEDNESS
I have faith in the links among all things. I believe that there are few coincidences and that almost every event has meaning. I love to help people overcome obstacles that prevent them from linking up with one another. I am puzzled by people who cause harm without realizing they are hurting themselves. My life takes on greater meaning when I can dedicate myself to something important to humankind. I life to build bridges between people and groups. I love to help others find meaning by looking at the bigger picture of the world around them, giving them a sense of comfort and stability in the face of uncertainty.
INDIVIDUALIZATION
I am intrigued by the unique qualities of each person. I have a gift for figuring out how different people can work together productively. By nature I have quick and ready insights into how each human being is unique and distinct from everyone else. Diversity intrigues me! I am open to individuals who possess talents, skills, and knowledge that is vastly different from my own. Every person is one of a kind. I can quickly discover what makes someone distinct from everyone else.
